Brief
In the wake of COVID 19, most bars have been closed down for months and this implied that the source of livelihood for bar workers will be impeded, Guinness wanted to show support for the people that ensures their products reach the consumers.
Objective
- Create Distribution Route Map Pan Nigeria
- Warehousing, Packaging and Delivery of Palliative materials to 3000 bar owners and bar attendants pan Nigeria
Execution
- Verified List of beneficiaries with client as they were selected based on nomination by consumers and DB.
- Leveraging on our Network of Human Resources across the country and logistics teams, We created a route Map that started from Lagos to other parts.
