To supervise the co-packing of 140g CloseUp toothpaste with toothbrush in selected warehouses within 12 days.
Also to monitor product distribution and availability in trade, share customer’s feedback, engagement pictures and share live update as events unfold.
RESULT
- Closeup 140g co-packing with 3 units of toothbrush was done Mon-Sat.
- Monitoring was done across 4 distributors locations in Lagos, Abuja, Sokoto and Kano.
- A total of 3,351 OF 140g Close-Up toothpaste co-packed with 10,353 Toothbrush.
- 140g of Closeup toothpaste were sold into trade with free 3 units of toothbrush as free gift inside a carton bought.
- 9 open markets were visited within the week to monitor stock distribution/ sales, customers reaction/feedback and live reporting from trade.
